This insurance covers the policyholder for necessary costs in the
event of a judge, arbitrator, or other key participants in a court
proceeding are unable to continue with a case once it has started
due to illness, accident or death. This insurance also recovers
those costs associated with the appointment of a new judge, or other
participant. In most cases, no medical reports on these key participants
